Q: What is a room escape?
A: Room escapes are physical adventure games, where groups will have one hour to solve puzzles and other room elements in order to “escape the room.”
Q: What happens if my group can’t get out?!
A: Don’t worry, staff (our Game Masters) will be remotely monitoring you throughout the experience, providing clues and assistance should your group get stuck.
Q: Are room escapes scary?
A: Absolutely NOT!!! While all of our rooms have some "surprises," room escapes are meant to make your group work together in a logical way, using problem solving and teamwork.
Q: Are room escapes safe? I don't want to be locked in anywhere!
A: ABSOLUTELY!!! Nothing is more important to us than your safety. Our facility and all of our escape rooms have emergency exit features should the need arise. Each room has a dedicated Game Master monitoring your group during your entire experience who is trained to deal with any emergency. Furthermore, players can always leave the experience through the door they enter.
Q: Is it difficult? I’ve never done a room escape before.
A: Each room varies in degree of difficulty. You can consult with us over the phone or via email in order to choose the best room for your group. However, our employees know that all groups will enjoy the room they choose, no matter their experience level!
Q: What makes our rooms different from other room escapes?
A: Our experiences involve unique story line and themes that represent New Jersey. Our facility is one of the largest escape room centers in the area, and we go to great effort to create a clean, high-quality environment. Furthermore, we aim to provide an immersive and professional experience through our dedication to customer service.
Q: How old do I need to be?
A: We recommend our players be ages 14 and older. We also require anyone under the age of 16 to be accompanied by an adult (1 adult per escape experience). We require all participants and/or at least one adult (18 and older) to sign a waiver before entering our escape rooms.
Q: How many people do I need to make a reservation?
A: Our escape rooms are designed for 4 - 6 people. However, any size group (2 to 8 people) may make a reservation. All reservations are private. You will not be grouped with other people.
Q: Are walk-ins allowed?
A: All participants will be required to make a reservation prior to arriving at our facility. We recommend booking at least 1 week in advance, especially for weekends. Online booking closes at 11 PM the day before. Day-of bookings may be made over the phone if rooms are available.
Q: How long will we be there?
A: Each experience is one hour, with about an additional five minutes of an introduction to your room along with our safety procedures and rules. We recommend groups to arrive 15 minutes prior to the reservation time. Each time slot is one and a half hours apart to ensure proper reset and sanitation
Q: Who can play? Do I need to be physically fit?
A: Our room escapes are designed for all! We try to make you use your brains rather than your brawn. All of our rooms have areas to sit, and our entire facility is handicap accessible. If someone does not want to participate in the escape room, we also have areas to sit and watch the game being played.
Q: Can I take pictures?
A: You may use your cell phones and cameras before and after you attempt to “escape the room,” but we do not allow participants to document anything during the hour experience! This is to ensure that future groups experience the same level of enjoyment.
Q: How much does it cost?
A: Booking a two person room is $100 total. For 3 - 8 people, it ranges from $32 - $42 per person. The more people the bring the more money you save! An additional discount may be applied for groups larger than 16 people.
Q: What if we are late to our reservation?
A: All sales are final once your reservation is booked. Any group that does not arrive within 15 minutes of the scheduled time may not be admitted upon the discretion of the Game Master. Groups who wish to cancel or reschedule must be do so at least 48 hours prior to their reservation, or may be subject to an additional rescheduling fee. Please make sure to arrive early, and to forward the driving directions found in the confirmation email to any members of the group that are driving separately.

A: You can always add people to your group beforehand or upon arrival. A refund may be given should you arrive with less people than you booked for. Last minute additions to your group may be made under the discretion of your Game Master and payment can be taken care of upon arrival.
